What is Spark Fitness?
Imagine a bar where everyone knows your name. Now take away the drinks, bar stools, and pickup lines. Add in a couple bad jokes, some weights, and a lot of sweat.
Wait… I guess that doesn’t sound like a bar at all.

Spark Fitness is probably more like a gym than a bar, but still unlike any other gym you’ve been to. We try not to take ourselves too seriously, but we are committed to your goals. In between lifting heavy weights and burning lots of calories we actually have fun. Why? Because fitness doesn’t have to suck and we believe that the experience is just as important as the results.

We are a fun group of passionate and diverse fitness professionals that feel and act like family.
Depending on the day, we often refer to ourselves as the wolf pack, three stooges, or the dream team.

You have a busy life full of responsibilities and you don’t have the time to do hours of exercise or the desire to eat boiled chicken every day; neither do we. That’s why we take the time to get to know you and create a unique plan that you can stick to without wanting to bang your head against the wall. You’ll work with us a couple times a week, make better choices, and change the way you feel about working out.
