How do I get started at Spark Fitness?

 

To get started with us, you simply need to setup a strategy session. You can do this by calling us at 407-757-0552 or by filling out the online form to the left. If you choose to fill out the form online, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

 

Do I have to book A strategy session?

 

Yes, we feel that a strategy session is critical to your success. It gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure that we are the best fit for you and your goals.

What should I expect at my strategy session?

 

A strategy session takes about one hour. Your trainer will spend some time discussing your goals and past experience with exercise then check your body measurements. Next, you will be put through a very simple movement screening to determine your limitations. Finally, you can expect a 15-20 minute sample workout that will allow you to determine if we are the right fit for you. If all that checks out, then we’ll discuss what we feel is the best program for you to get started on.

What does training cost?

 

We are going to give it to you straight. We are not the cheapest option in the area, but if you made it this far, we’re pretty sure that you don’t really want the cheapest. Instead, you want someone that is committed to your success and will walk you through each step while keeping it interesting. That’s us!

Do you do CrossFit at Spark Fitness?

 

No. We do not have any affiliation with CrossFit whatsoever. We may at times use basic exercises such as squats or deadlifts which are used in CrossFit, but our programming is quite different.

What are the workouts like?
Workouts can be very different based on your goals. For example, workouts for fat loss are typically performed at a faster pace than a workout designed to build maximum strength.

 

 

 

 

Our 2 main goals are to keep you safe and to be as efficient as possible with your training sessions. Some days it will take all you’ve got and others you may still have a little “left in the tank”. Either way, you will leave feeling better than when you first came in.
