8 Week Kettlebell Strength Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This 8 week kettlebell course is specially designed for people looking to lose a few extra inches, get stronger, learn new skills, or just simply become “anti-fragile” for life. Each session of the course will focus on developing the 6 fundamental movements of the kettlebell universe: The Get Up, Swing, Clean, Press, Squat, and Snatch. These are the same skills used by high level athletes, military forces, and the fitness elite.

Unlike many fitness “classes” out there, this course will put you in the driver’s seat by focusing on the two most important factors in achieving the body and skills you want: simplicity and progression. Instead of learning countless exercises that change daily, you will simply master a handful of exercises that when done correctly, will build a strong, lean, and capable body. Each week more weight will be lifted, skills will be refined, muscles will be hardened, and cardiovascular capacity will be increased.

THE INSTRUCTOR

Mitchell Sadowsky SFG, CFSC, CSAC, TPIF3, USAWL2

Mitch Sadowsky is the Director of Golf Fitness at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando, FL, working with professional and amateur golfers and athletes on functional, strength and speed training. A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Mitch is a Level 3 Fitness certified member of the Titleist Performance Institute, and holds certifications as an SFG Kettlebell Instructor, USA Weightlifting Level 2 Advanced Lifting Coach, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Certified Speed and Agility Coach, Sports Performance Specialist, and holds certificates in Functional Movement Systems, Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Active Isolated Stretching.

Some of Mitch’s clients have included PGA touring professionals Ian Poulter and Graeme McDowell, European Tour players Maarten Lafeber, Gary Boyd, and Connor Arendell, and Canadian Tour players Charlie Bull, Hank Lebioda and Jordan Massey.
