When he isn’t sitting in squat position or monkeying around on the pull up bar he likes to spend his time reading books on business, psychology, and fitness.
David has spent the last decade cultivating his fitness skillset. He has experience in all facets of the industry, from consultation and management to injury prevention and fat loss.
