Hi! Coach E-Stace here and I want to talk about glutes.

You know what I’m talking about; those two slabs of muscle right below your hips.

Glutes are the powerhouse of the body.  Training the glutes can help alleviate back pain, knee pain and will make your entire body a strong and powerful machine.  Plus, I don’t know anyone who’s mad about having well-defined glutes!

How can you train your glutes every session?

Be sure to incorporate squats, deadlifts and lunges at least 3x/week in the gym during your training sessions.  At Spark, we make sure that each client experience at least one of these variations per program because of the incredible full body benefits for lean muscle mass and strength.

What are combination exercises and why are they important?
